How do I place an order by paper check?

Select “Paper Check” as your payment method at checkout. You will be prompted for a credit/debit card to lock in your price, verify your identity, and enforce our Market Loss Policy. Your card will not be charged. On your order confirmation page, you will see our mailing information and instructions. These will also be emailed to you.

Write a check to “JM Bullion,” include your order number in the Memo area of the check, and mail it via the United States Postal Service within one (1) business day of placing your order. You will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of payment, and your order status will progress from “Pending” to “Paid.” It can take up to five (5) business days from the date your order is marked Paid for your check to clear with our Billing Department. Once cleared, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. You will be sent an email notification when your order ships.
