What does “No Will Call” mean?

All UPS shipments ship with a “No Will Call” restriction, meaning the package cannot be picked up from a UPS or FedEx location or just left at the delivery address. This is a precaution to prevent orders from being fraudulently intercepted.

UPS or FedEx will make three delivery attempts. If nobody is available at the delivery address to sign and accept delivery, the package will be returned to us.
