What if I opt not to sell after reviewing my offer?

Our offers come with no-obligation to sell. If you’re unsatisfied with any part of the process, including the final offer, you can request a free, insured return of your items. We will not charge you for the return shipping costs of any valuables made of precious metals. 

Please note that, on occasion, we may charge a small return shipping fee if we’re unable to make you an initial offer on your items. This most commonly happens when we’ve received items with no precious metals content.
