Do I have to pay for this service?

There is no upfront charge for our scrap jewelry service. We will send you a shipping kit with a pre-labeled, pre-paid shipping envelope that includes insurance up to the quoted amount for your valuables. Additionally, you may ask for a complimentary return at any point during the appraisal process. 

We will NOT charge you for returning precious metals valuables. However, under certain circumstances, we may charge a small shipping fee if we’re unable to make you an offer on your items. This charge is not common and typically occurs in the event that none of the items you have shipped contain precious metals.
